They don't show up and only come up as question marks or random jumbled letters. This happens on the start menu for certain programs and also in qq messenger where they come up as question marks for "qq numeber" "password" etc. All the menu's r question marks. NJ star works but only the start menu where it is all squashed together. QQ is still a load of ????. Typing is fine. I can see all the charecters using chinese taiwan quick method and all the charecters on websites r fine. It's just the menu's in the start menu and in the programs. How can this be rectified?
