On 20th june i have been selected by shandong University as a Ph.D. scholar in Environmental science..i applied for csc scholarship but unfortunately csc doesn't awarded me scholarship..i want to confirm that..is this happened or not..that when University select me for program..why csc doesn't award me scholarship.
