I know this was relatively simple a few years ago, just wondering if there have been any changes to the process recently. I'm on an Aussie passport. They post rates on the website. I've been told CTS tend to be more expensive, but have never actually compared - I was recommended to go there the first time, and the second went back as it'd worked the first time.
