Android app with easy and precise audio scrolling, looping?

I use audacity on my PC to listen to Chinese audio: it provides a visualisation of soundwaves (spectogram?) which makes it extremely simple to scroll backwards and relisten to, say, the start of a sentence or an awkward word. And loop a selected section.

 

Are there any Android apps which do something similar?

I have used the desktop version in the past.

The desktop version works flawlessly.

I like The Amazing Slowdowner a lot. It's designed for musicians and retains the pitch.
