Need a little help with the translation of this conversation, please

Here is an image; in this scene two lovers are having sex when the wife of the man calls at the phone, so he answers. The phone call is viewed only by the guy's perspective and that's what he says (all those lines are from him). My english subtitles translate it this way:

 

"Honey, why are you staying up so late? I'm about to sleep... You mean the blue coat, I know. I'll bring it up to you tomorrow".

 

Since I'm not sure about this translation I'd be happy if you could please confirm it's correct or either fix it to make it correct.

The translation you have is correct in the essentials. You could rephrase it a bit if you wanted, e.g. opening line is more literally "Are you not asleep yet, honey [actually says "wife"]" but what you have is the same in essence.
