The main goal is to have a full list of the most useful phrases in this post in a couple weeks time, so this will be updated constantly. Subject title (obviously this could change based on content of the email, I'm thinking more about general emails when you're making contact with someone, but not necessarily discussing a specific topic, particularly 1st contact emails - in English I might "Contact!"). 8.
