Can someone give me an idea of what these places are like? I'm a girl - will this affect my experience there a great deal? Is there "public" nudity? Are they expensive? Is the price subject to negotiation, or is it set? Is it usually a group activity (just me and the girls) or is it normal to go alone with a good book?
