That omits the "we" as it can be implicit, and pithy and vague strikes me as better anyway. Cool thanks buddy. Ive always added emphasis in my head. Perhaps because it seems so all encompassing! Perhaps utterly is the wrong word, in my head my emphasis is more like this - barring no exceptions. It may be english head thinking though!
