It has some kind of a system so if you know some meaning components, or sometimes people say radicals and how most characters work, it will help you memorise characters. The other thing is to learn characters in a word or sentence so that it has context. This youtube channel made 4 short videos explaining the big pictures of how Chinese characters work this link is the 4th video, but I think it’s a good idea to watch all 4. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
