You can quickly answer your question by checking entry rules to China and/or look at the websites of some common Chinese schools (LTL, Keats, etc). It is not currently possible to get a visa to enter Mainland China as a new language student. Nobody knows when it will once again be possible. Difficult to even make a good guess.
