I'm not 100% sure on the last character but I can't imagine what else it could be, looks like:

As for the "proper pronunciation in English": given that it's a Chinese name, that's a bit like asking what the proper pronunciation of a German word is in English. There is none. I guess the rule is usually "try your best". This is why most Chinese people will choose an English name. Jackie Chan isn't "Jackie" in Chinese, same goes for Jet Li, Bruce Li, etc.
