Looking for old HK movie (Either CNY or Mahjong related), involving wiping glasses underneath bedsheets.

There is a movie I am dying to remember that I watched many years back. The only thing I remember from it is that a man goes into a (massage?) shop. There's a scene where the woman worker turns around and the camera pans to her ass, and when she turns back, it looks like the guy is pleasuring himself. But it is revealed that he is just wiping his glasses under the sheet and it was a joke. Can anyone identify this based on this scene?

That was 16 years ago, that movie can get a drivers license this year in most US states...
