Surname is almost certainly Lin 林, then personal names Liting. 丽婷 would be one possibility. The English meanings are beauty and grace. That looks like a variant of the traditional full form, I can do it with pinyin as I've installed both character sets:林麗婷. As you can see, the upper part of li is written a bit differently but pretty sure it's same character as that's a common shorthand way of writing.
