Sometimes having one would be useful, especially for receiving text message codes and so forth. I don't want to bother relatives asking to use their phone number. It's $4.95 a month for unlimited incoming calls, and they send you an email each time one comes in with a link you can use to listen on a phone or computer. Only once did I have to call support for a problem and though I don't remember what it was, I do remember that things got straightened out right away.
