I would like to have deeper understanding of each word and the grammar that was used 把 /爱 /坠落 /让/ 满地/ 鲜红 and if we dissect'em then it would be like that ? or 把 /爱 /坠落 /让 /满 /地/ 鲜红 Should it be like this ? What does it trying to say ? 让 /满 /地/ 鲜红 especially this one filling the ground in crimson red ? "你那戒也戒不掉的甜蜜借口也让我精神腐朽" is one sentence here. I'd rather say "也" here is just a redundant word used here to meet the meter and make the lyrics more rhythmical? BTW it's completely okay to put 也 here. I think it's just a personal habit. As for 鲜红, literally it's "freshly red" as you may see as well. So this word always gives me a sense of blood or heart. And I think using "heart" to symbolizing "love" is a very common custom not only in Chinese but in many European languages as well. So "the love dropped, so the ground is dyed bloody red(as if a heart dropped?)" is a possible comprehension I bet. Or you can say that 鲜红 means the color of red roses perhaps. Red rose is common symbol of love as well. This tend to be a custom from European countries I guess. Anyway as I've mentioned above, don't be that serious about the expression of poems. The subject is in the above line. Isn't it like this in the English poems?
