Princess Hiro was the member of imperial family wedded to the younger brother of Puyi -- the puppet king of Manchukuo set up by Kwantung Army -- in 1937. The story covers the time span from 1936-1961 when the couple met again in Guangzhou after 16-years separation. A lot of footage was filmed inside China, i.e. Forbidden City. Takako has also acted in many HK movies, i.e. "Moonlight Express" with Leslie Cheung and "Tiger" with Andy Lau. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
