Stroke Order websites

MDBG free online Chinese-English dictionary probably has what you need. It does not give the rules for stroke order or the names of the strokes but it gives the order for each simplified character. Unfortunately it is lacking traditional if that is what you need. But next to each character, is a brush icon, a magnifing glass and a google.com "G". Click on the brush and a flash type animation starts up showing the *exact* stroke order, including start position and direction.

Hope this helps.
