And if you want to say 'I love you' in this circumstance for sure, it's 我爱你们 as '王家' is of plural concept. To come to your question, you could use 王家 or 老(小)王一家 or 老(小)王一家人, and 老(小) is needed as a prefix for '一家'. I think this kind of translation is ineffective because it is not really natural in either language. Why would you say, "I love you" to a whole family? Although I am sure the family will get what you mean,but it just sounds weird. Maybe using "I love you all (wo ai ni men)! " to show your feeling would be more appropriate.
