I've been to the Wangfujing-bookstore recently but couldn't find anything. A hint where to find a decent English <--> Chinese (with Pinyin!) legal-dictionary would be appreciated aswell. It's not a permissions issue, the actual uploading / downloading functions are bust, and I've got way too much on at the moment to spend much time fiddling with it.
