The money involved in this is minimal and wouldn't be an issue apart from the fact that I'm not in China and that none of the companies seem to accept visa or to use paypal. Is there anyone in China with a paypal account who would be willing to help me out? I would like to transfer the money to somebody's paypal account in China so that they can register the programs for me. I realize that this would be slightly inconvenient but if anybody is willing to help out, please let me know.
