Guest Wuliao Posted February 17, 2004 at 12:58 PM Report Share Posted February 17, 2004 at 12:58 PM Yeah better banality than censorship right. I wonder if they show the Vagina monologues on free to air in Taiwan...
Guest Wuliao Posted February 17, 2004 at 01:06 PM Report Share Posted February 17, 2004 at 01:06 PM I rather watch Teletubbies than to watch another minute of pseudo Chinese historical "comedy". Much more stimulating

Guest Wuliao Posted February 28, 2004 at 02:41 AM Report Share Posted February 28, 2004 at 02:41 AM I would rather not watch Teletubbies but if it came to to a choice between Teletubbies and Taiwanese "dramas" etc., I would watch the former for the aforementioned reasons. Amdir_Flassion Posted February 29, 2004 at 08:26 AM Report Share Posted February 29, 2004 at 08:26 AM Worst crap ever What's wrong with Taiwanese shows? Not all of them are bad. And talking about that, point me to a well done mainland drama show. All the ones I've seen on CCTV-4 have not got my interest. The acting is okay, but it's like in every show they have the same voices doing the same voiceovers. Everyone sounds the same! Why? But on the better side, I like watching mainland talkshows. At least they're better done than HK ones. There's a sense of feeling and warmth from them, whereas the HK ones I can't feel a sense of excitement at all.
