Traditional/Simplified Chinese translation software?

You are talking about converting between traditional and simplified? HanConv and NJStar both do a decent job at it, but they are not context-senstive and can make mistakes where is not a one-to-one conversion. MS Word's multilingual edition also has such a conversion tool. It makes fewer mistakes, in my experience.

NJStar (the demo version is fully functional)

Presuming you are willing or able to copy and paste the material Adsotrans will do this as well. Visit the advanced page, ask the software to "Echo Chinese" and specify the desired input/output encodings.

Conversion is contextually sensitive. If you notice any words which do not convert properly, please send a private message so that we can correct the problem.
