Can someone help me type out the characters in this scanned article?

Hi everybody,

I'm new to learning cantonese, but am starting to have a good grasp of it, i recently came across the following article:

I can read that the title says "Life story" (something like that), but am having diffucilty understanding some words in the passage, so it would be great if someone could type out all the stuff in this scanned page, so I can simply copy and paste the words that I don't know into a chinese dictionary software that I have.
