I like the slight dissonance here. Might the children cause a nuisance, or might they be stolen along with your mobile phone? 

It's simply as:

 

‘Hey dear customer, take care of your kids and belongings’

 

Hint-- Shop or Restaurant or Shoppingmall etc. : We have made warned you about it, so if your kids made trouble to others or you lost your things, we might help but we DON'T take any reseponsbility for your careless, don't bother sue us, you won't win. XD
