Hero Doug Posted December 4, 2006 at 02:27 PM Report Share Posted December 4, 2006 at 02:27 PM I wouldn't mind the the English version of the recipe, the cola wing's look good; should be an interesting flavour. And I don't have any kind of guess.
yiyiding Posted December 4, 2006 at 02:57 PM Author Report Share Posted December 4, 2006 at 02:57 PM Cola Chicken Wings Ingredients: Chicken wings (depending on how much you can eat) A tin of Coca Cola Sliced ginger, onion, and garlic Soya sauce, Cooking oil Preparations: 1. Wash the chicken wings, then, softly cut each a bit. This lets the flavors get into the meat easier. 2. Soak all of the chicken wings in soy sauce and cola. The ratio should be 1 to 3. Make sure the liquid covers the meat. Put onions, garlic, and ginger on top. Wait for about 15 minutes. 3. Fry the seasoning (onion, garlic, and ginger) first in hot oil. Put the chicken wings in, and fry until they turn golden. Switch to low fire, pour the soaking liquid in, add more cola, and cover the pan. 4. After about 30 minutes, the dish is ready. Remember to flip the chicken wings every once in a while. btw, Hero Doug ...i like Nanjing..i also visited there..it is a nice city..i like it..emmemm..
