I recommend you to try any type of food, which is surely a pleasure of travelling. I do bet you won't be disappointed! The food for which Hangzhou is famous for inlcudes Jiao Hua Ji (Beggar's Chicken), Dong Po Rou (fatty Pork), Xi Hu Cu Yu (West Lake fish cooked with vingar). The most famous restaurants are Lou Wai Lou and Tian Wai Tian. But having a dinner at these popular restaurants needs a long wait. Food here is very expensive also.
