I know you can get it in the night markets off Wangfujing, and in some of the side streets... the sea snake was a little strong for my taste but I hear the land snakes are ok...

Snake?

Isn't Guangxi famous for it's snake?

I haven't heard much of Beijing snake, but I mean there snakes all over the streets in Guangxi.

I remember walking around and being amused at how an old women was killing these snakes on the street corner.

it is sure, cus i had the same experience when i was little back in beijing. And the meat does taste like chicken but even softer.
