But, as previously mentioned, I'm not willing to use it on line because fraud could be too costly. I wound up getting an ICBC card for online use and only keep a small amount of money in it to reduce potential loss. Even though it was fully explained to me at the time, I still don't know how to use the damned thing. Guess I'll have to hire a "commercial tutor." I am dense on things like this. One of my main goals for 2014 is to be able to buy stuff from Taobao and get the hang of Alipay. Won't really consider myself a "China hand" until those (lofty) goals are met.
