Another online "at home" HSK test: February, March, April, June

My query is regarding to hsk home-based exam .in my country there is no home-based HSK exam so can any help me how I can register from any other country because my university will not give me a degree if I do not pass the HSK exam and they will suspend my degree time I m suffering from depression nowadays is there any other option for register home based exam

Unfortunately, it's now explicitly forbidden to take the at-home exam in a different country from where you are physically.
