Yeah, that area. Was in my way to or from Black Medicine coffee, I think. 

Looks like a very good find! 

They serve two types of chicken - full form and simplified!

Those are ideograms, remember: one with bones, the other without.

So Simplified Chicken is the kind they use to make McNuggets...?

 

Seriously though, why would they mix simplified and traditional characters? 

 

Deliberately expanding their market to HK/TW or (more likely?) just a lapse of concentration by an older person?
