If you want to type Chinese on your computer using Pinyin romanization, you need to install an input editor, like Google Pinyin. Or in Windows, look under Languages in Control Panel.

Or if it's only occasionally for one or two characters you can use an online editor like this one: http://www.chine-nouvelle.com/outils/editeur.html

Now this one's on a French but website but even if you don't speak French, you just have to type "bi" and choose the right character. If you want to type a lot of text it's gonna be time consuming but if it's only for a few amount of characters and you don't want to go through the trouble of installing an IME it's very handy.

 

Or you can also type pinyin in an online dictionary like http://www.mdbg.net/chindict/chindict.php and look for the character you need, then copy-paste it.

thanks a lot   889 and  Kamille.  Definitly learning Chinese is very difficult. Till now i don't understando how can you introduce ell those characters in a simple keayboard. Is there a especial keyboard that include all those characters?. How do you do?

As to entering Chinese, if you have activated an input editor, you use a normal keyboard and type pinyin, like bi. A menu window then opens showing the characters with the sound bi and you click on the right one.
