@DanielZN

The Chinese Consul here in my city who told me about the Scholarship gave me his contact information. I think you should go to the embassys website and look for any phone number and call, its much efective than writing an e-mail.

Ohh.. i see.

I was interested, `cause I thought that there is an exact quota per year... as it is on Bilateral Schol.

that`s why I was supprised, when I saw negative answer ...... `cause as people said, those who was in this quota, 100% receive the scholarship.

Now i understood, thanks ;)

well based on previous posts in this thread it seems that agencies can forward more applications to the CSC than their alloted quota, which would explain why some people are rejected while their application is conform to the csc guidelines.

@Lolo

Yup, Exactly!  Based on previous post you are right!  But, as far as I understood... in this case (if there is smb else, more than quota) the Embassy ought to do a special request to increase the quota. Then all will be awarded : quota + the additional one. If there is no Embassy`s request... this additional person doesn`t receive schol.

And what about you? You applied on Bilat? If yes- what is your country and quota?

I`m from Ukraine, there was 44 quota. And, basically, it is filled up. Exactly 44 without somebody else.
