If you don't know, they do need it in their office by April 1st. I don't think they will accept it after April 1st which is a Wednesday. My answer is because I WANNA APPLY TO AN UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM, so I send an e-mail to the universities, and on of them told me that: After your get a scholarship award certificate, please contact the university you're interested in for pre-admission. So, I don't know what to do. A big thing that I didn't mention is that my country and the ministry of education of Peru decided to avoid the undergraduate scholarships, so there's only for master and postgraduate. It is why, the OAS- Organization of American States, having its office in WASHINGTON DC, are offering scholarships for all the students of its countries. So, the deadline for the applying scholarship of the OAS is on April 15th, so, I have all my documents, but I don't know how to get a pre-admission letter because as I wrote before, they told that AFTER I GET A SCHOLARSHIP AWARD CERTIFICATE, PLEASE CONTACT THE UNIVERSITY YOU'RE INTERESTED FOR PRE-ADMISSION. :C I'm really confused. I applied to my embassy for the scholarship (deadline:4/1) and my top choice university is PKU. However, PKU's online application for "Chinese Government Scholarship award letter holders" has to be completed by 4/6 and to complete it, applicants must have the award letter from the embassy (http://www.isd.pku.edu.cn/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=show&catid=9&id=1093). I was wondering how this is possible as the embassy is highly unlikely to issue the award letter between 4/1 and 4/6. Thanks a lot for your help in advance! So it seems like even if you already applied for the CSC through your university, you can still also apply through the embassy. does this sound right? I faced the same problem here in Pakistan so I called CSC and they say that we can create multiple accounts and it does not matter if you don't get their email just login with the ID you registered with and you will be fine. Here is what i did to get them 1 - I found the email addresses of International Graduate admission department of the universities i wanted to apply to 2 - I filled the online admission application forms for these universities 3 - I send the PDF of application form and scanned copies of scholarship-letter , academic transcripts , English Proficiency certificate (because im not native english speaker), Degree and 2 recommendation letters. 4 - They emailed me the pre-admission letters in PDF. Following universities were kind enough to issue pre-admission notices to me on time: 1) Zhejiang University 2) Shanghai Jiao tong Universitiy 3) UIBE 4) HUST Call me if I can be of any help +923346014277 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
