Kedu I am sincerely happy for those who have received their pre-admission letters and I am earnestly and positively waiting for mine. CSC will deffo post our letters in batches and it could be on first come first serve basis as some universities presented their candidates earlier than others. From previous years and what is obtainable on their website: "Scholarship winners will get the admission package from ECCO of the Chinese Embassy by the end of August, 2016, and must register at the host university" It could be a little earlier than end of August but certainly not beyond then because all those schools will be resuming on September 1.
